1. Digital Product Nature
Our products are digital downloads and online resources delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Access is typically provided via email link or account credentials after payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because digital products can be accessed immediately upon delivery, refunds are generally not available once download links have been sent or content has been accessed. We may consider refund requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the digital content
- There was a technical error preventing delivery
- You were charged incorrectly or received the wrong product
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact us with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We review each case individually and respond within five business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided when:
- Digital content has been downloaded or accessed
- The request is made after the fourteen-day review window without a valid technical issue
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after content access
5. Defective or Incomplete Products
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact us promptly. We will provide a replacement download or issue a refund at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns directly.
7. Free Site Tools
Free interactive tools on the Site (Unwind Deck, Practice Curator, Breathing Canvas) are provided at no cost and are not subject to this Return Policy.
