How to follow the orb

Sit or lie comfortably with your device at eye level or slightly below. Breathe in as the orb expands, hold gently while it stays full, and exhale as it diminishes.

There is no required number of cycles. Continue for as long as feels comfortable, then transition to rest.

The 4-7-8 cadence

Inhale — 4 seconds

The orb grows gradually. Allow the breath to fill naturally without force.

Hold — 7 seconds

The orb remains at its fullest size. Maintain a relaxed posture during the pause.

Exhale — 8 seconds

The orb recedes slowly. Let the out-breath extend fully before the next cycle begins.
